Preparing for Breakaway Civilisation

A lust for power is the antithesis of Love and arises out of hatred.

It has arisen naturally out of weakness rather than strength and has been harnessed by the wicked to bring our entire species into disrepute.

That our civilisation is founded upon power, and enshrines hatred and violence within the bedrock of our societies, ensures that we are all complicit in our denial.

Our world leaders are so rotten that their stench reaches from on high to the lowest levels of society; and a pervasive hatred insidiously penetrates and insinuates itself upon and within our intimate sensibilities, colouring the landscape of personal subjective reality.

The energy that we invest into the persuit of power, augments the hatred from where it derives it’s power. In a self feeding frenzy, power consumes goodwill and cooperation, spewing out its byproducts of inequality, injustice, discontent, rage, heartbreak and suffering. It increasingly becomes cagey and guarded, miserly and covetous. This is the true face of materialism, the complete absence of anything sacred.

The challenge for us all is to hold onto our humanity amidst a barrage of attacks to undermine our potentialities and for a righteous wholesome existence.

Our integrity of mind is compromised by inherent weaknesses in our educational systems that is designed to undermine individual capacity for independent thought and to chain man’s awareness to logic. Our fundamentally flawed picture of reality neuters our intelligence, and constrains our access to the intuitive faculties. This weakened state of existence make us susceptible to the establishments banal lies.

This is the big picture reality and the ugly truth. The safety of parochial ism is a false haven of the weak and sets it’s subjects up for ever further incursions upon our freedoms. Figuratively, we are sitting ducks.

If we have allowed ourselves to be corralled into false beliefs, then it is imperative to free ourselves of them. To breakaway. There has come a time of crisis in our collective values, yet even though we are watching it in slow motion from the comfort of our seats, others are dying on the streets. Humankind is sleepwalking in a hypnotically induced collective trance state of unconsciousness, to our deaths.

However, the very fact that it is necessary to speak of outer and inner at all implies that an historically-conditioned split has occurred, so that the inner is already as bereft of substance as the outer is bereft of meaning.”
