The Problem With Leadership
Autonomy and Leadership In Enterprise And Life
There can be no genuine leadership without autonomy. What passes for leadership in business at supervisory and management levels is more like programming control and rigid processes and procedures, being adhered to with unquestioning commitment. They call it Engagement but it is actually embedding commands into the hierarchical authority structure of the business, geared almost solely to bottom line profit. Leadership is more than gaining compliance and streamlining systems.
Leadership is about people, what makes them tick and getting outside of the mind box that the rest are stuck within. Businesses and all other enterprises thrive by growing from the fringes, the vanguard of development and growth. That is where you find true leadership, at the forefront of the evolutionary process, not on a yacht or golf course. Those are evidence of a disconnect between a leader and his troops.
Therein lies the strength and depth of leadership - how he or she performs in times of stress, dealing with unfamiliar territory of every second of every day, all rounded yet incisive, because they are where they are - in the wilderness of unchartered territory.
A leadership role should not be about personal comfort but precisely the contrary.
Most leadership today spend far more time enjoying special priviledges than they do with connecting with their people; compared to dedicating themselves to progress in terms of developing their people, serving and supporting the troops in the line of fire, all threats from opposition to their position are neutralised in order to sustain their authority, and this is the standard unconscious behaviour witnessed in today's so called leadership.
Leadership has been politicised, elevated and corrupted. There is no Leadership, except at the fringes, and that's why the likes of Substack exists... to corral would-be detractors into a fake safe haven. Because outside of Substack, very few are even aware that it exists.
Leadership would be better served elsewhere other than Substack, where the possibility of independence on all levels exists. Such a platform doesn't exist in the "Brave New World." But without bemoaning the lack of freedom, true leadership build it into their enterprise. For freedom to even be a possibility, Truth must be known through Gnosis, in a direct encounter with paradigm transforming information. This unlocks the mindset and is the key. When a person leaves the comfort of any type of boxed thinking behind and lives in the present moment in defiance of the spirit of the time, such is leadership material.
We must understand that self repeating feedback loops never thrust anyone to the forefront of evolution. Madness is not an exception at the centre of any debilitating process. It is the norm.
People are sleep walking through life under strict programing. And they are unaware that they are not fit to lead, but do so anyway, resulting in compromising their own people. Compromised people create compromised troops, leading to compromised outcomes for all except for those that design the system to serve themselves.
True leadership recognises and acknowledges the qualities and potential of their people; they will encourage them to get the best out of themselves and live to their full potential.
What we witness in the world is in most cases just the loading of obligation, and weaponising authority against their own people.
Ultimately, because this leads to more engaged people, with genuine buy-in, which in turn is beneficial to the Enterpise being undertaken; This requires confident leadership whose authority is based on true knowledge rather than on mere power.

Leadership would flow honestly and ethically if We did not use the archaic tool that accounts for the energy We each add into a system...
John Searl's SEG used magic squares to unlock free energy and levitation.
