It's always a pleasure. I would like also to add that by addressing the fragments of denied and repressed energies it allows their recomposition and a return to holistic unification of consciousness. The effect upon awareness of this process is exponential, leading to breakthroughs and the ending of old cycles. One can never look upon the world in the same way ever again. 🙏
First of all it’s a process that requires a pure intent and therefore cannot be cheated. There must be a surrendering, and an acceptance that avoidance of the truth will result in the failure of the process. Secondly it requires release of stagnant energies that have been left unattended in the subconscious shadow of consciousness, and release is aborted when these energies are improperly attended to without the right manner of attention and focus. It requires you to feel the fear of ego death but to proceed regardless. Only then can one attain to the piety and absolute humility necessary for coming into the presence of the divine within. 🙏
Nicely summarised, thank you.

Thank you again for the clarity.
