All of life is Yoga. When we look inward, we See what IS; when we Live that on the outside, we can manifest Bliss.

Through out my life, the most important part of my Sadhana has been the elements of the Isha Upanishad.
Sometimes, it's so refreshing to go back to Sri Aurobindo's interpretation of the Isha.
It's nice to meet more people who are aware and receptive to seeing Oneness.
